Agreed. Although, I think you are being overly kind. Most don't ever try to master it.
I'm not totally against running lights, I don't do it personally, when it's not a pedestrian crossing and crossroad, or if it's a left turn. Some approaches on the continent make sense as well. It's the slow paced confusion caused by everyone having their own ideas. -
Not ignoring murder vehicles, I'm adding my frustration about all the RLJing by bicyclists.
It is really frustrating mainly because they all have varying ideas of what is an acceptable approach to blowing the lights. The most annoying, other than endangering peds by not slowing down, are the ones who mount the pavement to cruise through the lights, as if this somehow is better?! I just don't get it.Cars are the real problem, I know.

Started last week going to the office twice a week. It was my decision and I'm going to adjust how many days and what days as I go. My preference for hybrid is the ability to spend most of the week at home, where my partner and baby are. The benefits there being obvious.
But I need to progress at work, both for personal development and for financial reasons. I worry working from home permanently would stifle my ability to achieve this.
As well with hybrid, commuting becomes way more enjoyable and less of a ball ache. Late trains? Oh well, I'm not back on one till next week, etc. Seeing people at work also becomes a bit more of a interesting, more to say and the like.
Maybe I'm dressing it all up a bit more than it is and once I settle down it will just be a slightly different normal. But spending more time with my family is the main thing. -

I did extensive searching online and never really found what I was looking for. Ended up buying something that was waaaaay to big, and now is used for tetrapak recycling. Next one I got was, pretty flimsy, but just about functional. Neither had wheels though.
Fancy starting a business? Got any contacts in China? -

Some serious shedding going on!
I'm, slowly*, building a lean to against our outhouse. 3x1.8m. It will be 1.8 high on the right and about 2.5 against the wall, pitched roof, obviously.
Decking floor, C16 timber skeleton, and cladded with feather edge.
Not sure on windows yet and I'll build a braced and ledged door.*Got a 5 month old boy, so anything not payed work, or daddying, doesn't get much allocated time.
