It does seem to be an odd issue to champion bearing in mind the rifts it has created in the Tory party and although I agree that the Church o England is far from perfect they have in the past challenged the Tories with reports such as Faith in the city.

I wonder what David Cameron's real motivation was in taking on the Church of England on this subject the cynic in me believes that if the Church of England can be shown as a group of backward thinking fuddy duddie s over this issue the it will be easy to discredit them on issues such as poverty and social injustice.

my wife and I honeymooned in Stokholm 10 years ago there is definitely lots to do and see although we went in early August and I think some of the out door attractions are closed later in the year although I think there is a build up to Christmas ,markets etc in late October . Hi i am just about to go on holiday and i am taking my charge plug with me however those generous souls at ryan air are saying that my bike and bike bag are to weigh no more than 30kilograms being a bit of a skinflint i am looking to pad out the bag with some extra perfectly legal baggage does anyone know how much a charge plug weighs as i dont have any scales on me . I look forward to comments about the plane not getting off the ground etc.

yes GT85 is too light to lubricate the bearings, and will destroy the grease.
Peel back the seals, fill it with grease, and it will last a lot longer. Do it again in a few years time to rejuvenate it.

I have already replaced it as it was making funny noises and not running smoothly and when i inspected under the seals there was very little grease left in the bearings.
wouldnt gt85 cause further degreasing as it would dissolve the existing grease?

Hi just a quick question regarding sugino sealed cartridge bottom bracket.
Is there any point in removing the seals and regreasing what i presume are the bearings and then replacing the seals to extend the bottom brackets lifespan?
