There was an article on bikepacking.com about bars with sweep but enough forward bend to not loose it reach. Might’ve been Ritchey Kyote, will see if I can dig it out.
Also really depends on how wide you are going on the bars. The on one OG are rather narrow by todays standards and at 6ft5 I assume your shoulders are pretty wide? The wider you go on the bars the shorter the stem you end up running so it could work if you were that way inclined.

Sold the GT Peace 9er. Wasn’t riding it. Was a bit big. Was fun for cruising with the dog. Now building a Rockhopper single speed because that might get ridden to the pub.
Which puts me onto - what shall I do with these parts? So then I got onto the fact that my full sus is not exactly a lightweight….so…
Were there any aluminium, single speed frames out there? Not interested in a normal frame that uses a single speed tensioner thingy. Too ugly.
Thoughts on a postcard.

I bought the same size as my old bedrock sandals (will double check). They have since changed the sizing of the sandals but I do wish I had gone for a size bigger to give my more toe space in socks. Do love them though as the transition shoe for when it’s too cold for socks and sandals but not yet boot weather.
(Edit: I live in Toronto, so proper winter does happen)

I know it would be a lot more work, and it may not provide sufficient thread for engagement, but would having the thread bit that’s currently washers be threaded so a low profile bolt can be used rather than having the nut?
Does that make sense?
