I've given up on FB marketplace. I'm sure there are good deals to be had but there are so many scams on any product you want to buy that it's mostly pointless. I saw fake listings of powermeters even, which I would have thought were niche. Pretty tedious to comb through all the ads that just have sketchy website links in them too.

It's slow, glitchy and has no way to filter out profiles made this year or without any photos or friends as well.

I've had it a few times that my ebike wont turn on or stay on if it's been out in the rain with the battery off. Once it dried out it was fine. I keep meaning to get a cover 3d printed for it, but it's kept indoors mostly now.

They were announced November 2022 and started January 2023, I wouldn't say that's super recent. Pretty sure I've read that the UCI consults with manufacturers when making new rules as well.

How could it be banned though? Think it meets the current dimension criteria.

I was watching a reel on Instagram about someone using a 68t chainring in a TT. One of the comments said "the gain comes from a lower chain tension for a given ratio."

If someone is doing 500w on a 68-17t for 105" gear, that'd mean there'd be the same tension on the chain if they were using a 56-14 for the same effective gear right? Like it's doing 500w worth of pulling to the rear cog on the cassette to turn it. Chain length wouldn't come into it because they'd be cut to the correct length in guessing.
