good condition basic M3 model, scuff mark on top tube, mudguards but no rack or bag block, weighs aprrox. 12kg. new this model is around £600 asking £250 o.n.o. ring to arrange to see it 07708 610 728 (therese). i'm not advertising anywhere else and have experience servicing and fixing bromptons for a living - just don't need another bike at the moment but really recommend one of these for travelling/stowing in small spaces/and not-having-to-lock it anywhere convenience (cause you can bring it in everywhere).

getting a trainee position in a bike shop is easiest in the spring - often bike shops are looking for summer staff but if you can't commit to the whole summer & want time off they might pick someone who can give that level of commitment - training is supported by the government with ATG/Cytech again for employees who are going to stay & make the investment pay off.
working on your own bike & help from more experienced mechanics (the LCC free d-i-y workshops are good for this) is a good start -
i have trouble relaxing enough for sleep too - listening to radio 5 live on a sleep timer has been effective unless there's something that interests me (dj dalton adebyou not-sure-of-spelling is on weekends 1 to 5 am and is sometimes too interesting) otherwise i try reading some worthy, classic 19th century novel or any of my philosphy books that i should have read when i was an undergrad.
