I think it would require a change of rear mech too but not 100% sure. I guess you could also look at the range on the rear cassette if you needed more in one direction.

A Cougar track frame in good nick. Had this for years in the garage and must have used once or twice at the most at HH.

Not 100% sure. There's no paint scratch around the dent so it's either a good touch up or it's been repainted. That said you don't see this level of detail often. I guess it's possible to get those 531 'track model' transfers? not sure.
