My wheels were stolen from outside my flat in broaddaylight. I'm sulking about it now. I'm trying to see a bright side, but it was all setup and working just how I liked it.

I don't want to buy stolen parts but the amount of stuff that gets nicked, I can barely believe much on ebay hasn't been stolen at some point. Nice of them to leave the saddle and the frame though wasn't it?:

I was wondering if you all just avoid Ebay on the basis that a lot of the stuff on there is likely to be stolen? Is there anything I can do to confirm if its not... the last thing I want to do is perpetuate the stolen goods market.

Ha ha yes of course... but you don't fly to the shops do you... you normally do a shed load of miles! 6000 round trip to east coast america for example, is more than I do on my bike in a year :)

You get quite a few more people in a plane than in a car... 2 in the front and 173 in the back, vs, 2 in the front and 3 in the back :)
