Should also think about the cost double Butted spokes 60p good bladed spokes 190p.....two wheeels......64 spokes........you do the maths.
Your OK with that do it. i think the only time not to use them performance wise would be if you are trying to save weight.
Recommend SAPIM CX-RAY probably the best you can get and only ones I have been able to get in silver.

I have just received a set 5mins ago from the posty a coincidence or what!
They are not the prettiest of fork, though what do you expect for £12.95, probably the cheapest you can buy. Chrome looks good forks ends are stamped out steel type with mud guard eyes. 4" before the thread starts and 6" of thread so should fit all but the very smallest of head tubes.
Reynolds do a set for around £35 which are better quality though without MG eyes.
DON'T FORGET ALWAYS QUESTION WHY A FRAME DOES NOT HAVE FORKS.......IT HAS PROBABLY BEEN IN A FRONT END KNOCK CHECK THE FRAME.....plus it is a pain in the ass finding new ones!

Yep it can be want to get the rear stays done though the whole bike gets costly, plus the brazing stands out....don't personally like that. Don't think it needs clear coating. Could not bother finishing the frame, tubes come kind of black colour..would look like shit, never get nicked, last forever, V.nice frame incognito?
Not a chance of that, this will be a 'best' bike if there is ever such a thing.. my best bike is the one I always want to ride!

kind a like the triple panel on your bike marie, the internal TT rear brake looks clean too.
When I went up to Leeds they had loads of brazed bikes too both looked very good, wanted to buy the lot!
Also nice seeing the colors on a bike not a small square sample. Thanks guys, any more ideas gratefully received:)

Wow, it that flat black with metallic black lettering? looks goood. Though I was thinking on more of a classic look. Two blue bikes in the garage and already building up a another blue bike! I've got to brake the mold with this one though. Colour is one thing, though what about the designs, they will do everything from flames (not a chance) barbers pole and even that candle smoke effect(not really classic)

Hi Guys,
I've got a Bob Jackson custom in build, having left it months to confirm the paint it's come to d day. Struggling to make up my mind too much choice included in the price is any color any design! Looking for the classic look with chrome stays anyone got any inspiration for me? I'm struggling :( -

Working on this one... frame didn't come with forks, looks like its taken a front impact and quite a few dinks, not bad price though. Will possibly need to put some work in on the frame....or not get too anal over it... not sure about the forks though.
Thought I would post see what you guys think.
Try and ignore the wheels! Building some new ones up.

These don't have lamp brackets though at £12...can you buy too cheap?
I can recommend the arm warmers. Probably the best heavy weight ones I've used.
