The older pistas with the shorter dropouts seem to be tighter in the rear end, cos i worked on one the other day and i slammed the wheel and it started rubbing on the seat tube...

They're a bit too thin so they wear out quickly for brakeless fixie skidder bikes. They are awesome tyres though, i've never ever had a problem with grip, and i've taken them to a pretty big hill with a corner at the bottom and hit about 35 on my gearie, leaning over as if i was getting my knee down, and they were fine... And they're awesome against punctures.
