Belgium made un-drilled Track Frame 23"

This is an un-drilled Belgium made track frame. Im not sure on its original make or age but believe it was made in the 1980's, tho frame is made from Reynolds 531 tubing.

Frame measures: 58.5cm from BB center to center top tube. 58cm along top tube. Distance between rear dropouts measure 120mm and forks measure 100mm.

Sugino NJS 75 Crankset (165mm) with Sugino 75 Chain Ring 48T
MKS RX-1 NJS Pedals
UN54 Shimano Bottom Bracket
Nitto NJS B123AA Track drop handlebars
Nitto NJS pearl stem

right i took the headset apart and re greased, and after tightening it the noise has gone. i think it was the top cap. must of had a bit of play.

When i lift the front wheel via the bars and drop it a few inchs of the floor i get a deep vibrating noise, like a clunk, that reverberates through the frame, its alien as ive never had this on any of my other frames before. And for the life of me, i have no idea what is causing it, im assuming its the headset, but it feels fine, and i dont feel any vibrating when im riding.

I know this is a general question, but is there anything i could try loosening then tightening to solve it. Or will it remain a mystery?

Campagnolo Record Strada 170 144 BCD Cranks. Have some single chainring blots i can throw in. And a matching campy 42t ring to go with, if someone can come up with a 44t 3/32 one for swaps.

After doing some research, it appears that the driveside is from 1984 and the non drive is from 1974. Bought these from ebay around 4 years ago.
