yeah, with clickbox removed I only have 7 clicks, so obviously not that that's causing the problems.

Nah I've tried all of that. I only get 7 gears from either extreme, 14 or 1. I'll have another mess around tomorrow when I have more patience.

Anyone have experience with Rohloff? I've only got 7 gears available on a bike. I'm pretty sure it's something to do with the orientation of the transfer cog, but can't seem to get it right. I've also got the cable pulley box cabled up and would rather not waste another two cables to get it orientated correctly. Any tips?

Looking for the most-budget friendly way to end up with a complete 4-pot Shimano brake set with long hoses front and rear (for a cargo bike)?

Thinking two rear M6120 brakeset from Merlin for £100 total then the corresponding right-hand lever for £30 (M6100 I think? Anyone confirm this matches?).

It switches on, but not off, though the lights on the receiver do change when target temperature is reached.

Just moved into an exorbitantly expensive rental property and the boiler doesn't seem to work properly. Suspect the boiler engineer doesn't want to do any proper work, and between them and the estate agent we're getting fobbed off.

Thermostat seems to communicate with the receiver, but the boiler continues firing beyond the target temperature (as in well beyond, 5c and more). Anyone have any idea what could be causing this so I can move things beyond the engineer replacing the thermostat and claiming that's how it's meant to be.
