I think that's legal, I saw a Mr Bean clip showing a cyclist dismount his bike at a cross road and walk with his bike to the left side, Mr Bean decided to get out of his Mini and pushed it following the cyclist.

This chap galloped down the centre of the road... too much coffee perhaps.

Was approaching an intersection crossing the London Wall yesterday morning. As I was slowing down to stop, this geezer whips past me on a mountain bike, dismounts mid pedal, runs with his bike across the intersection (kicking himself in the ass), then re-mounts his bike again. Wtf? Does he think running through a red light with his bike grants him amnesty? Does it?

Bow E3, south of Bow road near the cemetery. I use the south cemetery path as a shortcut on my ride home some evenings.... but only when slightly drunk. I often see stationary people standing in my path and ride around them.... I'm tempted to ride straight at (through) em.
