6'5 and on a 58 cm frame. Bit small to be honest. Last bike was a 60 cm which was ok. 62cm would be ideal. Gotta ramp the saddle up to the max to make the ride comfortable at the moment.

Check your saddle height. If it's too low you're gonna be getting all sorts of aches and twinges. Raising it up a bit also gives you a more aero riding position. Useful for those head winds!

Just like to say thanks to the guy who tried to break my D-lock to steal my bike today and who, in his understandable frustration at not being able to break it, decided to give my rear wheel a kick for good measure. You'll be glad to know it cost me all of 2 quid to get it straightened out lol. Try nicking cars next time cos as a bike thief you completely suck. Only one work to describe you dude: FAILURE
