My rear rim is a 24, so i've got 24h PX on the way for that, but dont really want to be dealing with missing out holes.
Seems PX sell 20h road hubs individualy anyway, so it's looking like im gonna get one of those.

I'm on the look out for a second hand (or fairly cheapish new) 20 hole front hub to build up my new race wheels for the upcoming track season.

Obvioulsy a track hub would be prefered, but a road hub will do, as I could just replace the QR with allen sqewers. Preferably in silver, and in good condition.

Thought i'd see what people might have in the spares box before i spalsh out on an American Classic, or go down the import & pay taxes via ebay route.

Nice looking paint job. I have been putting off heading down to the track down here. I would like to say because I am focusing on the road but Im just being lazy.

everyone is lazy over winter... as soon as the sun comes out, you'll be riding in circles. Aint nothin' wrong with road mile though! Hills are fun!

Looks like a nice build. It's a well known fact i'm no fan of steel of old steel... and I'm not too keen on the colours... but i do appreciate the skill that goes into a good paint job. Especially on old steel frames, as they are a fucker to paint.

I admire your dedication to soucing exactly the parts you want.

Steel frames can fuck right off back to the 90's....Appart from Jaygee's Roberts road frame.

And carbon repairs aren't something i do for work... it's just common sense, and having the right materials really.

Dov is a good freind, and is helping me out with my wheel build in return... I am new to wheel building, and dont fancy a using a set of 50mm carbon tubs that I'll be racing on as a learning curve...

LOL.... I won't be painting anyone elses frames I'm afraid. I'm Doing Dov's Bianchi at some point, but we have a special 'arrangement'.

Took my PX frame into work last week to check for damage after my crash in Bournemouth last season... had to do a little repair on a crack round the BB, so it needed a re-spray too.
I mixed up a nice deep purple, with metalic black graphics, scallops on th top tube, inner fork blades & inner chain & seat stays. Quite hard to photograph the colour, as the 2K lacquer makes it much darker, and the contrast between black & purple is pretty subtle. Should look good in the summer sunlight. Fucked off the shitty PX font for a Zombie Death font too.

need to build up my carbon tubs, and then put it all back together again. Hopefully the hubs will turn up in time to get it ready for the start of season in March.

There's this place called the real world, where people don't spend all day on bike forums, doing CAD drawings of chainrings and cutting aerodynamic shapes out of helicopter tape.... You should visit it some time... It's pretty cool, people are nice to each other, and there aren't quite as many dicks as there are here.
