I can also throw in a crumpler folder type sleeve, which cost about 35.

I've got a white 13" macbook for sale. Bought in early 2007, it has a 2ghz core 2 duo with 2 gb ram, a brand new battery and the latest OS install discs. It has a small split on the right palm rest, but this is a recognised fault by apple and they will replace the top plate with no trouble. I won't be selling the battery charger to go with it.

macbook = £450 ono

I also have an 8gb ipod touch for sale, brand new, in the box, never been opened.

ipod touch = £130 ono

does anyone know if getting a bike from mercian say is covered under cycle to work??

i sent out a message to this forum once asking if anyone would lend me a spare bike for a friend in town. fiddy was first to reply and without hesitation lent me his dolan road bike, which was a hell of a machine and was spec'd up all nice like.

I have a friend coming into town for four days from the 20th of September. I was hoping I could borrow a bike from one of you kind souls. He's so desperate to be able to ride he said he wouldnt mind renting one either. I know its happened in the past, and he's not picky so if any of you guys can help that'd much appreciated. There'll definitely be a few pints of your preferred tipple in it for you at the least.

Any ideas on any rides or bike related events for those 4 days would be good as well.

battersea dogs and cats doesnt look to favourably on potential cat adopters that doesnt have a garden. I have a roof terrace though! and there's that whole interview process as well. I just want someone to give me a spare kitty with no hassle. It'll be loved to no end.

yes please, ive been wanting a kitten for a while now. my old pal tangerine, sadly passed away recently.

i went from a no trick pony to doing skids, trackstands, no handed trackstands and 180 skids in about 2 weeks (they are tricks in my book!). I havent been in a while which explains the stagnation, but yeah it really is a supportive bunch and you can learn quickly!
