I know this might not go down well here but I see no point in SS. Has non of the advantages of gears or fixed as i see it. Plus, i am trying to avoid using big gears, and I want the low gears for the hills so I'm not ever pushing. If at the end of the month my back and leg are fine I'll be back on fixed anyway.

it s a camera that needs a fair bit of tweaking and knowledge to get the best out of it, but for the money you can't beat it IMO. check out cinema5D.com for a wealth of info

seems he raised the stem a fair bit already, so for a functioning track bike, a stem with more of a negative angle would be pointless. but for aesthetics, maybe you re right.

Ended up with enough parts for three complete bikes again.
Latham finally has a nice wheelset of its own. Campy record to Wolber Profil. Plus came across some nice Cinelli Pistas.
Vivalo is just being used for track this season. Wish I had some tubs for her.
The Cecil Walker just looks weird as usual.

pretty much everywhere in thailand is touristy or saturated with annoying backpackers with braids, but will probably feel quite welcome after time spent in India (a much more interesting place to visit IMO).

instead of trying to find something 'different' to do, just head south to Koh pan yan with everyone else and get drunk on the beach. or if you dont want to party, koh tao is the next island along and is more beautiful, quieter and has good diving.

if you re a real cnut, you might end up in Koh samui.
