yep, i can stop.and i can skip by leaning forward.
was just looking for some advice , its not for showing off reasons that
i was asking, it just looks like the right way to do it (not leaning forward too much).

I upgraded yesterday to Time ATAC Aliums with Speciailized BG mtb shoes. They're awesome. Still not used to clipping in (clipping out is easy, still fell over though at 0mph!) but the control you get through your feet is loads better. Never going to go back.

eeehhhh Blimey, you really, really need to get something sorted to connect yourself to the pedals.

I haven't used the normal clips and straps, but tried Powergrips instead and rode with them for about 3 months. They're pretty good. Fairly easy to get in and out of, I found.

thanks a lot everyone, i think i need to sort that out, im just
a little bit scared cause my skids aint great at the moment and
i find it quite scary to be attached to the bike but i guess i'll
just have to learn to skid properly!

is it any easier with the straps?

ive been riding fixed for only 2weeks and i use a front break but dont use
pedal straps , just a regular pedal.
im a little uncertain about getting straps or anything, i was wondering
whats the pros and cons of riding with straps (sorry i really have no idea).
cause a lot of people say different things so im a bit confused.
