OMG, really the season finale, it seems so sad.
I don't get to read many threads here but the TNRC thread has always been a winner.A big thanks to Tim and Jonny for kicking it off all those moonlit nights ago, Benjam, Ramye, Middle and Des for pushing it on, the route creators who plotted circular routes, pushing on through those dark dark lanes, oh and the Boo 'entertainment' :-)
Have no doubt that the TNRC format will carry on in some way or other as riding bikes at night with a group of likeminders is very special and rewarding, not to mention a great way to get to know other forumengers.
I think everyone I know on here was through TNRC and not drinks. (hmm except the Rolaz nights which involved a fair bit of drinks...) -
Well it finally arrived a couple of weeks ago, and I am finding myself riding it even when I could of ridden the 'non-folding road bike' is that normal? :-)
Angel at Condor was very helpful and patient as he showed and got me to try the 'fold'.
10 minutes later at Charing Cross, on the platform somehow it took me another 10 minutes to get the bag off and folded, Doh.Disappointed it took so long to arrive as I missed the ^ ride, looks like it was a great time, well done all.
The design is very good indeed, the workmanship is brilliant, some of the parts are a bit pants though...
My only regret, I should of got one ages ago....
Again, many thanks to all for contributions, advice and real life tips in all things Brommie.
If I'm clever enough to come up with a "wow" tip I'll pass it on.The obligatory pic of course.

What a great thread, thanks all for some valid and very useful contributions for a folding newbie :-)
Just moved further out of town that makes it impractical to commute by bike every day so have taken the plunge and am now playing the waiting game (for the bike not the train just yet...)
Will feed back any useful info as soon as. -

I will throw in the 2 x Conti GP400s tyres that also have a lot of life left in them if you dont do that skiddy thing on them...
£200 SOLDSOLD* Paul cross top lever Right hand side 31.8 clamp, used but not abused.
£20 SOLDSOLD Dura ace 7800 front brake including swiss stop green pads with lots of life left in them,
One issue in this is that I have just noticed the quick release lever seems to be seized, didn't have time to sort it hence the lower than low price, otherwise a perfect match for the Paul Cross top lever, perfect for any night jaunt around the 5 hills :-)
£15 SOLDJust re-read what I had posted, of course it should be and is now a 17.5% TNRC loyalty discount :-)

@Martin - are you sure the QR's seized? Sometimes it seems that way, but once you squeeze the calipers together and retry you realize it wasn't. QRs can get 'locked' when the arms are wide open. Sorry if stating the obvious.
Thanks for the tip Scarlett, at my age even if it was obvious I need reminding....

Didn't really feel like it, so to displace the feelings of guilt thought I'd stand in the cold for 4 and a half hours. Was fun! But now I can't feel anything, anywhere.
Yes a big thanks to all the marshalls, quite sacrificial, it's much appreciated.
Tom, just seen your time for last year again on the strava hota segment (pretty darn fast) and spookily Tracy has near enough exactly the same time this year.
Thinking of you ToW dudes & dudettes, respect.
