Thanks for organising the ride John. It was a good pace and seemed to go faster than the others i'd been on. i look forward to doing another in warmer conditions.
I had a surprisingly nice ride home last night. Everybody sped of east and I enjoyed london at night. Even stopped to have a recovery Milkshake at Tinseltown. I got home for about 3am had a shower and then cycled to work in Chelmsford.
Not to be a bore, but the only thing that worried me slightly was the alcohol consumption. I understand it is a social ride and im not against people having a can or two/three but being visibly drunk (not being able to ride in a straight line) is not a good thing.

No, retails at £1500 and I haggled Mappin & Webb at T3 Heathrow down to £1250...
This is the watch:

EDIT: One shit thing about having a nice watch? So damn expensive to fix. Omega insists all repairs get done at their factory in Switzerland. I was pissed up and play fighting with a mate, he rugby tackled me in the street and I went down. The next day I noticed the bezel was gone... £250 and 4 weeks later I get my watch back. Doh.
That is a beautiful watch.
Thanks FixedCheese. I whole heartedly agree. For the money I don't think they're are many bikes that compare.
