They are just too expensive to really justify.
Babies can't go in unless they are supported and by 4 or 5 they are too heavy and should be riding their own bike!
Just buy a kid seat and then a trailer and buy yourself a new bike with the change. It'll still be cheaper.Well they are cheaper than a car, and if I buy my mates Christiana it will be cheaper than shop price...
My daughter is 5 months old and just starting to sit up quite well which is why I was thinking now is the time to go for one of these. Initially I was thinking about bolting a car seat to the base of the boxes. I don't think a trailer is really safe enough, which is why I was looking at this style of bike.

I am looking for a bike to cart my daughter around in and was thinking of buying the Christiana Bike. (http://www.velorution.biz/?page_id=972)
A friend who has offered to sell it to me his as he thinks it's not as a good as a Bakfiet, which he wants to get. (http://www.velorution.biz/?page_id=984)
Should I be getting a Bakfiet instead?
Has anyone got any experience of these or any other suggestions?

I am sure I am being internetly useless but I want to donate and don't know how to use paypal. I have been onto paypal.com and clicked onto send money to a friend. It then seems that I need to set-up an account to send someone money. Can I not just give someone money using my card details? Do I need to set-up and account just to give someone money, I can't see myself ever wanting to receive money.
Just a quick spelling correction.
