Our Housemate is going away for three months so we have a great room for a shortlet.

The house is an ex-council maisonette on 2 floors in Hackney Central behind Mare Street and near the 24 hr Tesco. The house has large spacious living room, big kitchen, light and sunny and has secure entry.

The hall is big enough to fit bikes too. House is non smoking preferred but there’s small balconies front and back of which one is covered.

The room for rent is a lovely double, with plenty of storage space with a light and airy atmosphere and south facing window that really grabs the sun.

You will be sharing with three of us. We are all in our mid-twenties and enjoy chilling out watching films, cooking, and listening to the odd vinyl.

The room is available from the 5th of June.

You will be renting with myself and Orlando we are both bike heads and enjoy,
track bikes, BMX, and skating. There are plenty of tools and space to fix and build
bikes the flat.

The rent is £460pcm + Bills
The move in date would be during the end of February.
