Ok a bit last minute. Flat Bank is shit. No real riding area. And the paying public are not allowed to bring in their bikes and ride due to insurance policies. But hey come down anyway and we'll go for that evening tricks ride. I'm thinking of going victoria park then along the canal to mile end skatepark.
Peace Odge

Just a reminder to you guys, Street Fest this sunday.
I'm trying to get a Flat bank built in the FGLDN area, similar to one we rode on our eurotrip (covered in Fixed 3). Will confirm.
Anyway come down and party. Action, art, music and lots of alcohol!
Since its Bank Holiday the next day, there is an after party at Juno, or might go for a late night tricks ride, Southbank, Barbican and the City or Mile End Skate Park? Let me know.
See you there!

Your chance to get your hands on a limited pair of hubs.
Red anodized Level Hubs in 32Hole and comes with a 16T rear sprocket.
These hubs were won in sprint event by Tony Fast of Bootleg Sessions fame "I was piss drunk and raced cause i figured i would fall and it would be funny". But he didn't fall and won these hubs.
Tony wants 160 pounds.
He arrives tomorrow.
Cheers

Its been a year since the last post on this topic. With the growth of fixed wheel riders since last year, I would like to know more routes where people like to take shortcuts, high pass overtaking/undertaking etc in particular your favourite lines. let me know I'm researching for an article in fixed-mag issue 2, continuing on the theme of lines. Thanks people.

We have arranged a few games for tomorrow, some of the games are a Game of Fixed, Longest wheelie knockout, Skid into the vortex, Pisumo, track stand relay and rollback. We hope people will have some fun, practice and increase their skill levels on a fixed gear bike. We will have some prizes from Vans to give away. So we'll see you down there!

mush
dogsballs
dt
le car saw some hip tall dude with a beanie on commercial street this morning, riding a smallish white Vivalo, brakeless, white aerospoke in front, purple deepV at the back. One of the cleanest bikes I've seen in London. A bit of a cliché of fixed-gear trendiness but nice.
that would be french patrick from Glorias
mush on here!
Nobody ever called me tall before? I think thats another Vivalo with white aerospoke (will have words)
I finished building his bike only a couple of days ago. The frame is a mint vivalo, the best example of a vivalo i've ever seen. Pearl paint with turquoise and blue details.
Its a really solid bike and rides very nicely.
