if it was me, i'd purchase a new frameset and paint it a similar colour. New stays would cost around 120 quid + paint i think. If there is a lot of sentimental value, I'd take it to winston vaz (he's on holiday at the moment though) or sixfour frameworks in London (adrian is great), phoenix hotworks has been only good from what i've heard, i also spoke to him but overall would recommend winston and adrian the most because I've spoken to them a lot. winston and adrian have 40+yrs experience.

Winston vaz at varonha cycles and adrian at sixfour frameworks do seat stay repairs for 80ish quid per stay I think.
Both are reliable and experienced 40+ yrs building. Their no. is on the web.

Lee cooper in coventry is also very good.40 yrs experience.

Limit bmx in norwich is very good.
Geoff roberts in sussex is good. 30ish yrs experience.

Mr kevin winter in Ferryhill, is also amazing. Very attentive, listens and does very gd paint. 30ish yrs exp
Six four frameworks in london, adrian is very friendly too. 40ish years exp.
There are others but these are the ones I can vouch for.
