I think you'd be better off going direct with silca
looks like the same price and you will get a free SILCA Super Secret Chain Lube 2oz and perhaps hit the min spend for an extra 10%.(if you don't hit the min spend here's a referral for a little bit off [hard to say as website is really bad at currency conversion i guess £16] - http://rwrd.io/t0gfbpc?c
I definitely don't need the points though so anyone else if free to share) -

Howdy,
I bought these - https://www.lfgss.com/conversations/397697/
but only for the freehub and swapped it for a shimano one of equally low mileage (same story - came from a new bike, ridden for a couple of rides then upgraded). Can provide pictures if asked but otherwise they're obviously the exact same state as original post.
Collection from south London, £75

Any top tips for removing the paint and prepping these for a runner (bet good money someone on here has done it)
Not sure if I'll repeat the treads or wax them (will depend on how good they look I suppose) but want to paint the risers and go back to a runner.
Thinking about it it's probably a summer job as I assume it will need paint stripper and I assume that stinks

So I'm with community fibre with the MX5600, but can't quite cover the whole house.
Anyone know if this is compatible to add as a node?

Cheers bluehuw, really appreciate it.
Wallpaper was from at least the 80s, pretty confident I've got it all now as gone over every patch at least 4 times with a fabric softener mix and scraper and then sanded twice.
Let's see how we go.For other rooms I've not yet started do you recommend lining paper then? I was avoiding that as that as thought wasn't ideal but would save me a lot of time I suppose

Paint help please :)
Been relentlessly scraping wallpaper paste off walls all over the house for weeks and weeks (and weeks) now, about finished that, filling holes and cracks and sanding etc.
Now for paint, GF bought loads of this dulux easy care. For an undercoat/primer are either of this big tubs of white that have been lying about for ages ok? Any benefit to watering down or adding PVA?
Trying to read up on it all and confused myself

nothing groundbreaking but worth a try for preserving excess chillies https://www.youtube.com/shorts/h2wPF9fuDbw

aha, very good.
and that's largely (and money) why I've not really considered it for 2 years but then you see these
5mm deeper, 1mm wider and nearly 200g lighter
so then my head gets turned but is it really worth it

What's the latest fan favourite wheelset then?
Currently running these stock OEM fulcrums and curious to see what I could get for £1kish and if it would be a worthwhile upgrade.
Obvious considerations:
- Scribe
- Parcours
- Hunt
- lightbicycle (but douby possible on C2W schemes)
Ideally 50-60mm and wide

Any help converting this old wiring into existing brown, blue, green/yellow?
The dotted lines are how I'm pretty sure it was lined up (definitely regret not taking the picture before).
So my original assumption is black is blue (Neutral), red is brown (Live) and green is green/yellow (Earth) and that I should merge the 2 sets of black.
But then I saw this post which largely makes sense but I'm not sure where the red cable would then go.

Edit
-=-=-Okay, so more reading and watching and I think I get it now.
Need to buy some connectors like these
So the 3 red just go into the connector and nowhere else.
Then the others go into a connector with 1 spare slot.
The black with 2 in goes to blue and the 1 into brown (opposite of how I drew it then) -

Though my quick research suggests something like this is probably a worthy investment
