100mm front and 120mm rear

The hub in the rear should be between 120-124mm max but i need a hg spline hub. Even better if it comes with a cog and lockring. Thank you!

My frame can take 35c max i’d say, in the rear! So I am just trying to fit the same in the front. I mentioned 38 so that I can fit 35 comfortably without worrying about the tyre being unsafely tight fit.

I am not looking for canti per se but if I have to go for that route then that’s that.
