Im looking for a 56 road bike either old steel with new group sets, or pretty much anything that will help me in the race/training. Apologise my budget is low.

Around the £200 mark - based in London (old street area to be precise)

I’ve been lucky enough to ride my pals colnago and my housemates carbon with so it seems I have only ridden nice things. And I know. £200ish want get me much. But open to suggestions.

I’ve recently moved and I am in need of a cheap bike, I have to leave it out on the street and even locked up, bikes these days just get taken.

So I’m looking for something cheap, with a basket or rack for transporting to and from work. Uglier the better. Ideally bigger the better, as I’m 6ft but not necessary
