Böttcher, co-motion and a few other do it with rohloff and di2 alfine11 is even easier to incorporate with drop bars. you can also check through this to find stock rohloff drop bar bikes

I am running 30/26, which is fairly "though" (for a pinion) I have a walking speed gear (which I have never really used unironically) and a 35kmh+ gear.
You have to get used to the shifting. You can't shift under any load (so the polar opposite of the di2). Though love the how smooth the pedaling feels. I think perfect for a tourer/Trekking Bike. Wouldn't use it in any form of sporty riding
