I’ve reflected on this a bit. I was annoyed that I had to pay extra, but as others have said the price was very reasonable, and my behaviour wasn’t. I’ve apologised for being a dick. So (I hope) we’re all sorted, and hopefully no hard feelings.

Hi all, I bought the chainset from this thread. All good except the seller (zaraki) got the postage wrong and I had to pay £3 to get it delivered. I asked for the £3 from the seller but his opinion is that he gave me a bit of discount on the asking price so he won’t refund the £3. Now I realise it’s a small amount but it left a bit of a sour taste…

What the normal thing here, report as bad trader? Just move on and forget about it?

In good condition. The front one was chopped to around 40mm. They measure 37mm wide but I think the spec is 35mm. Includes some fixings.

100% agree with what others said - that's a lot of money for a bike which doesn't look like it's seen much love recently. With a good clean and tidy and some new pics you'd have a much better chance of selling it. GLWS.

I just checked my current callipers; they have a reach of up to 57mm and the brake blocks are right at the lowest point. These are 49mm max so unfortunately won’t work.
