I didn't spend a long time pricing these things up. But nothing wrong with a bit of optimism :-D
My main goal here was to give some indication of the quality and general value of each item. I would guess that most people here know the value of each component to them, and am waiting for people to tell me this when they find something they want. -

In case anyone worried about me being a new sign up and scammer, I used to have an account from like 2010 but got locked out so just made a new one.... and this thread is about my Pinarello and has people that know me on it :-)

Thanks. Not really sure what wrong I've done.... you're suggesting I should sell this stuff on ebay instead? I thought the bits I'm selling here were interesting to folks on here.
Are you interested in those 2 pieces? Happy to talk on prices, I just listed them at what I thought they were roughly worth. -

Selling my super fast and comfortable S-Works (the high end edition bikes from Specialized) Allez. The frame and super light and the Ultegra groupset is slick, lightweight and great for both climbing hills, racing, or commuting. Really strong Fulcrum Racing 5 wheels to finish it off.
The groupset is 3x10 (30 speed) 6703 Shimano Ultegra the premium line from Shimano (the rear mech is a 105 replacement). Freshly serviced and indexed and running smoothly. The Ultegra brakes are very powerful and the wheels are hardly used with no noticeable wear on the braking surface from new.
The condition of the bike is excellent - the frame itself and forks have zero scratches and even has the original S-Works bottle cage bolts :-) Seat post and BB freely moving with internal brake cabling.
This bike would make a perfect commuter bike so I'll include the pedals, or it'll be equally as comfortable set up as a proper road bike ready for anything.
The same frame is still sold today so read up on it here: https://www.specialized.com/gb/en/s-works-allez/p/51792

Ah brilliant, still a deservedly high amount of love for this bike. It's running seriously well and I've geeked out massively on the specs.
@Ndeipi yes still riding here on the roads of Kenya, and the lyrca type scene is growing every week. Covid stalled the growth (and everything else in the world) a bit but otherwise great. More roads up and down more hills than when you were here. Commuting is also much less lonely, with actual other riders getting to work faster for free !!! -
So this thread is long dead now maybe, but I have just found this and read through it. It was so well written by @Ndeipi that there was a lot of interest. I'm happy to share that it the bike is still going strong here in Nairobi and has been on quite the journey.... I could revive this if there was interest in the bike, its history, and how its tackling the roads of Kenya in 2021.
I took custody of the beauty in 2013 and here's a teaser for its first update back in 2107:
Yup still available. Will PM
