You agreed to £35 plus postage so why should the buyer have to pay an extra £3? Good deal or not is irrelevant.
And I actually agree the original price was more than reasonable and I'd have held firm on that in response to the haggling but that was your call. Doesn't give you the right to withhold postage costs.

Compatible with 9/10/11 speed Shimano. CX version means the bearings are sealed. They weigh 1,660 grams without skewers (which aren't included).
Ridden about 5,000 miles on them, in mostly dry conditions. They run true and there is plenty of life left on the brake track. I had the rear hub serviced in July last year.
Oh and I removed the stickers a few years ago as I didn't really like the look!
Collection from E17 or SE1 midweek.

Fork is a Pinnacle (Evans Cycles brand) carbon model. Wheels are Shimano WH-R500 with Gatorskin tyres.
Rest is as per original spec here: https://www.genesisbikes.co.uk/media/catalogues/genesis/2010_catalogue.pdf - Tiagra/Sora 9 speed drive chain.
Rideable but could do with cleaning and lubricating and probably a service. Frame has lots of scratches but no dents.
Collection from E17.

Did you have to pay UK duty? If not, this is more expensive than buying a brand new frame from mash with the cheapest shipping option
