didn’t use a torque wrench tbh, only went SS while waiting for a new mech hanger, no problems using it with gears otherwise.
i haven’t seen the basil in the flesh but the silver is very nice and sparkly in sunlight.
i’m 185cm tall and riding a 55cm frame, they do run a bit big. this is my third AC frame, all 55 and all fit me very well -

got a Brother kepler frame and fork for sale here -
basically new, built up and ridden maybe 100 miles but it’s not for me. has a small ding in the seat tube, this is how i bought it but other than that it has no marks or scratches. cut the steerer with room for 2-3 cm of spacers. comes with seat collar and axles. comes up a bit taller than Brother suggest so closer to 60cm to top of seat tube
