Yeah exactly (except I’ve only got one stay mount on the mudguard, in the same position as the lower ones on yours). Other option would be to use the lower mount on the fork (by the dropout) and use a good sized spacer to push the stay out so it clears the calliper that way.

I’m trying to fit some cheapo mudguards to a P2 disc fork and I can’t use the mudguard mounts next to the dropouts as the disc calliper is totally in the way. There are a couple of mid fork mounts so I’m trying to use the lower of those. The stays don’t really want to sit at that angle. Should I just bend them a bit to fit?

Hey thanks for this, really appreciate the detailed reply. Yeah it’s drilled at the back only. Unfortunately I think the clearance is going to limit things, but will measure/investigate a bit more.

And thanks @hugo7 yeah maybe drilling is the answer. Definitely wouldn’t feel confident doing that myself so one for my LBS. Any concerns about loss of strength from drilling the fork here when it wasn’t designed that way?

I’d like to run a front rack on my Pompino (a Pelago Rasket I have which is currently sitting unused). The OG fork I have isn’t drilled at the crown at the front, so I can’t mount the rack as-is. I guess the easiest option is going to be to change the fork for one which has the mount points I need? (I’m also running mudguards). What’s a good replacement canti fork with mounts and similar geo? Thanks

I got one of these on here a couple of years back and I love it, really useful/versatile bag. I mostly use it with a bagman like in the top pic but works well at the front too.

I’d never heard of this before, I thought it must be some kind of product to begin with! After a quick Google seems like it’s finding some combo of sprocket and chainring to get the right gear/chain tension?

Fwiw although I think PDW say max 25mm tyres, I ran a similar combo (28mm conti 4 seasons) for years with no problems. My LBS fitted them though, so no idea how much fettling was needed to set them up!

I had the right STI on my bike replaced by my LBS as it was leaking brake fluid. Apparently whatever the issue was wasn't fixable (i.e. not just a new seal needed). Sadly (for me) it's in really good condition other than that. Maybe someone can use it for spares/repairs or on a turbo trainer setup? It's 4-5 years old and shifting is absolutely fine.

Interested in this! Any idea of the width? Looks like it comes in 145mm or 155mm. Looks like it says regular on the underside in the photos, so maybe that means 145?
