Just installed a Tange Levin Alloy ISO headset to my Vivalo JIS frame, it was tight and sluggish but it worked.
But it can be harmful for the headset or frame?

Kvant was designed in 1987 to be the simplified version of legendary Takhion model. First version (like mine, serial #002) is technically a takhion temp with Columbus SL tubes, Italian threaded bottom bracket and 27.2 seat post diameter, difference is in lugs. Later versions had different color scheme and cheap Soviet tubes instead of Columbus. This kvant is more rare than takhion
