Looking at upgrading my caad13 disc with a di2 groupset.
I currently have a bb30a hollowgram chain set with a stages power meter and don't really want to change them due to the added costs of changing the whole system.
I currently have an ultegra mech groupset that I plan to move to my gfs bike.

Does anyone know if the chain set is compatible with 12 speed? It's become very difficult to find any second hand 11 speed di2 disc groupset .

Steerer size and threaded or threadedless?

If picked up locally comes with a wheel bag. Original QR skewer also available if wanted for free. The brake surface is not used at all as used on the track. Veloflex Criterium tyre included.

My 54cm is a tad too big and I need to size down. Looking for a frameset ideally but can go for full build.

Con: 4 months of deconditioning and no bike riding at all. No clear date of when

Preferences: Track frame Effective top tube 54cm
steel frame followed by Good aluminium, absolutely no carbon (don't trust the industry)
front and rear brake drilling a MUST
Essentially looking for a frame that is slightly more forgiving than my trek emonda alr

Budget: £400- £800 depending on method of payment and quality of bike
