As it says on the tin, show me what you've got (steel, track, 70s-90s, frame n fork). I'm not really very sure what I'm looking for, nice old UK frame builders (Roberts, Geoff Butler, Mercian) are the probably the ballpark.

Around 54cm but that's not a hard rule. Budget of around 250 quid, but again, I'd preferably spend less. Would go higher for something real sweet.

Bit cash strapped atm, so I'm thinking of moving on my ongoing Principia Tri 28 project. To be honest, I'm probably veering towards splitting it, but I thought I'd see if there was any interest in the whole build here first.
