NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership
heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned
Alfred James Curnock and Sidney Francis Jarrams
carrying on business as Cycle Manufacturers and
Dealers at 335-337 Stratford Road Sparkbrook in
the city of Birmingham under the style or firm of
IMPERIAL PETREL CYCLES has been dissolved
by mutual consent as from the 1st day of February- All debts due to and owing by the said late
firm will be received and paid respectively by the
said Alfred James Curnock. The business will in
future be carried on by Alfred James Curnock under
the style or firm of Imperial Petrel Cycles.—Dated
the 10th day of July 1952.

Both frames now withdrawn from sale...
given their excellent provenance ( both custom built by Roberts for previous owner) & the positive comments sent to me by PM's, I am now persuaded they will now be keepers...
The new guitar will have to wait......
