I borrowed a friends bike and of course the front wheel got nicked.
He won't mind me saying this but as the bike itself isn't worth much I'm not massively keen on overspending on a wheel. More importantly however, I don't want to leave my friend without a bike.
Anyone got one to shift? Ideally near Hammersmith? Ideally today?!

PRICE DROP
Having a clear out of old bits I've amassed over the years.
Tried to be as fair as possible with pricing but am sure I'll be put in my place if I'm off the mark.

Hey billy
Thanks for the suggestion, I’m happy to come down to £400.
I would be interested to know how you arrived at your valuation. I personally feel like £250 is way too low.
Disregarding the mixed groupset, the frame alone is worth way more than that. Before I posted on here I got in touch with a professional restorer who valued the bike (in its current condition) at between £400-£800, depending on how long I was willing to wait for the right buyer.
In terms of the bike’s condition: like I say, the paint chips are only aesthetic.

Selling my old bike as I've upgraded and I'm poor cos of Covid.
Will say straight off the bat that the bike has received quite a lot of use over the years.
The frame itself is in relatively good nick though aside from a substantial amount of aesthetic only paint chipping caused by my bike lock (see pics below). Components wise: The left shifter is pretty battered and although I've had the back wheel trued, it too is a bit dodge.
Ideally this bike would suit someone looking for a doer upper project. If you didn't already know, this is not a Halfords Carrera bike but the Italian brand of the same name.
A thorough explainer of the brand / brilliant restoration video of similar bike.
Some spec here:
Italian Carrera frame Columbus SLX tubing - 54cm x 54cm
Wheels - Misc?
Shimano 600 brake calipers and chainset, Shimano bottom bracket
Shimano Ultegra front mech
Shimano 105 shifters and rear mech
Campagnolo Record headset
Selle Italia saddle
ITM stem and barsI'm really not sure how to price this tbh. There are versions of this bike going for crazy money on eBay. Granted it's not in great shape but have seen the forks alone (which are pristine) going for £120. So until someone calls me an idiot for thinking I can get anywhere near as much as this, I'll start on £500 but, obviously open to offers.
PRICE DROP: £300

Looking for a road or gravel bike in the 47-49cm range for my gf (167cm / 5ft 4).
Commuter / longer weekend rides.
Budget depends on the bike, but we’re happy to discuss offers.
Based in Hammersmith, but willing to travel in London.
Cheers!
