Also building up a Holt. I took https://wheelsmfg.com/bottom-brackets/t47/t47-outboard-angular-contact-bb-for-24mm-shimano-cranks-black.html for bottom bracket. Rather expensive, but quality stuff (in another bike where I use a Wheels mfg bottom bracket at least).

It's from the same organiser as the Race around The Netherlands. But this one is good :-). You could compare it a bit to the TransAtlanticway Race, but longer and tougher, with a few alpine-grade cols thrown in, and even more spectacular scenery. Only thing not to like is the cost of living in Norway.
I don't do reports, but there is https://youtu.be/aS75kgKNHT4

Inner tubes or other stuff for 650b will be almost impossible to find in Morocco. But since 700c is not an option for me, I am planning on riding Morocco Bike Adventure on DT swiss XR 391 rims (32 holes), WTB Byway.

You can go from Calais to Veurne on https://www.openrunner.com/r/9794574. From Veurne, go to Bruges, then along the canal to Sluis & up to Breskens to take the ferry. The default route generated by https://www.fietsnet.be/routeplanner/default.aspx is quiet good for this bit. After the ferry, use the route from the Race around the Netherlands up to the German border https://ridewithgps.com/routes/29581779
. I never cycled the bit through Germany, but of course there is the north sea cycle route you can use for that stretch.
