Want to help us test nutrition products for endurance?
At the Sport and Exercise Science Research Centre, we are conducting a study to test 3 different nutrition products and their effects on cycling performance and digestive comfort.
We need experienced cyclists to help us.
The study will involve performing 3 trials, in which you will consume different nutrition products before and during a 2-hour cycling test.
We’ll also test your VO2max and Anaerobic Threshold and Gut microbiota prior to commencing the experimental trials. Following completion of the experiments we will provide testing feedback and training advice
Each trial will last ~4 hours and will be performed ~7 days apart.

I am selling my Women's GORE-TEX SHAKEDRY Jacket. I have used it on some short day trips and one longer touring trip. I can vouch for it being waterproof. The only reason I am selling it is because it's too tight for me. It's size EU 38 = UK size 10

I have just added to my answer above.
Yes this means that we had meetings for 9 weekends so far, but that is not all I have done to learn the skill of being sport massage therapist.
I have gone through already two exams, and there will be the final exam at the end of the course.

I have done extensive self study on Anatomy and Physiology, which has been examined.

I have assignments that I've handed in and passed them, so apart from those weekends, I am also doing a lot of studying.
And most importantly I have already done 100 hours of practice - sport massage session with clients.

So I have enough experience to treat clients now. Your step-mum is much more experienced, there's no doubt about this. However, the school where I am studying is very good and if you want I can ask for testimonials from my clients and send them to you.

The school has been establish by Mel Cash and we have him as our teacher, as well as other therapists, physios, osteopaths ad soft tissue therapists. You can mention him to your step - mum . He is renowned in the field.

There are different courses (some last one year, some are three years) and I specify what I am training for BTEC Diploma Level 5 in Sport & Remedial Massage Therapy at London School of Sport Massage
