I've got a project in mind with some reference pics of a track steel frame made by a frame builder (he doesn't seem to be interested in making another one) and looking for some names and contacts.

What are some reliables frame builders that won't brake the bank (I mean they all do, but I'm trying to contain the damage)

Looking for people that have experience with steel and track/fixed gear geometries.
I don't have experience in dealing with custom frames, just to let you know, this would be my first one.

Located anywhere in Europe.
