Cafe du Cycliste Daphne Jersey in XL - £50
Bit too small for me which probably explains the slight damage done to the back of the neck (highlighted in the pictures.
Hasn't made any difference wearing it and probably fairly easily repaired.
Not a thermal jersey; slightly thicker than a normal short sleeve jersey. Would describe it as spring/autumn wear.

Hey - thanks for getting in touch.
Have had an ultrasound through the NHS for diagnosis but they’re obviously overloaded so mri unlikely any time soon.
Am now doing hamstring loading exercises; loading with straight leg then bent hip etc. Feel like I’m on the right track now after a while or not knowing what to do.
In the process of booking pressure mapping once things open up.
Sounds like I’m along the right lines if nothing else; thanks for the input. Really helpful.

Hello,
I've been experiencing hamstring tendinopathy for about a year, 6 months of which I thought the problem was saddle position, bike fit etc. before realising it was an injury.
Currently in the slow process of recovering from it but want to give myself the best chance of riding a lot without a recurrence once it's healed and just wondering if anyone has had the same problem and whether they have any saddle recommendations.
Many thanks!

Hey,
Have had some real difficulty getting the tyres on and off my girlfriend's Triban RC500; I've changed many tyres on many different wheel/tyre combos and never had the kind of trouble I've had with these rims. Seems like I'm not alone on the basis of a bit of research.
Getting the stock tyres on and off is fine, but they're worn now and and she needs to replace them; I've had a crack with some old new Continental GP5000s and they just won't go on, and while some very old, very well used GP4000s went on, it took a few stints to get them off - on the side of the road it would be an absolutely miserable experience. She's less experienced changing tyres and there's just no chance she'll be able to manage if she were to puncture.
I'm just wondering if anyone has had a similar issue, or could recommend tyres that have a particularly big circumference relative to the norm.
Apologies for what probably sounds like a stupid query - just hoping someone whose had a similar experience might be able to recommend a tyre that's particularly easy to fit.

Giant Variant Advanced seatpost for sale
Stock image supplied below from Giant's website, will post a picture of the seatpost in its current state tomorrow.
This seatpost is off a TCR Advanced 2 2018, and was purchased in August 2020 to replace a cracked one. The frame has subsequently cracked and this seatpost is not compatible with the 2021 equivalent so I have no use for it.
Looking for £80 + pp, rrp is £149 and I've seen them for £134.99 to pre-order through cyclestore.
When mine cracked it was quite difficult to find a new one quickly, so possibly worth having as a spare etc.
Thanks,
R

Hello,
Have just bought a new bike and it came tubeless ready but I'm going to go with tubes; selling the tyres, valves, sealant, and small tool that I'm not 100% what you do with (startling lack of technical proficiency happens to be why I'm just sticking with what I know).
Tyres have been used to get from the Giant shop in Camden to Waterloo (5.5km) and that's it, so they're pretty much as good as new.
The tyres each have an RRP of £39.99 which I'd say is steep, looking for £60 for the lot + postage as I'm not currently based in London; will be passing through next Saturday if that works for anyone.
Cheers
