I have been riding my Surly crosscheck to work for the past ten years and it gave up the ghost this week with a 90% crack through the downtube. Possibly linked to an old old crash.

So I am looking to replace with a complete (or near complete) set up. I wouldn't rule out a cross check again but maybe fun to try something different and possibly lighter!

Things along the lines of:
Surly pavement bikes (midnight special, straggler)
Genesis Day one
Sonder touring bikes

But open to ideas and offerings. I know this is technically for FG and SS but found my surly on here all that time ago so hopefully I'm not stepping outta line!
