I am listing this Argon Krypton X Road (size small) for sale.
Pictures: https://www.icloud.com/sharedalbum/#B17GWZuqDiIuPGB
The bike was built up in 2019, I used it for 2 years and then stored it since September 2020 (I moved abroad and then started full-time study). Having moved to London, I no longer have space to store it. The bike needs work; brakes (new pads needed), chainset (near the ends of its life), gears (need indexing) and wheels (bearings).
I am looking for £500 but will consider offers since I want it gone ASAP.
Frame: Argon Krypton X Road Size Small. Review available here.
Wheels: Shimano WH-RX010
Chainset: Ultegra 6800 Compact (172.5mm)
Front and Rear Mech: Ultegra 6800
Cassette: Cassette Shimano 105
STI Levers: Shimano RS685
Breaks: Shimano RS785

Please find below, the items I have for sale. I was an absolute mess in whether or not to ship this stuff last time, but I will despatch all items the same day I receive payment. Guaranteed. if there is anybody who reserved the hubs last time they can get priority this time.
Collection / Shipping to be discussed on a by case basis, since I don't live in central London.

https://photos.app.goo.gl/zb8qcJedTVGWSTxR7The stem is not included but would be happy to include for another £10 - in either 90mm or 110mm, with matching silver bars 38cm for another £15. The seatpost clamping mechanism got repaired by my bike shop, and certainly works but requires a certain amount of care. Great little machine, and would be a greater commuter/deliveroo bike. Carbon seatpost included. BB also included (used for around 2 years but not that many miles)
- SM-BB94-41A - Never used, I was too lazy to return it. Still sealed in box. £22 (shipped)

Dear @eyebrows,
Just to establish some basic information, the frame I bought from you was built up by my LBS in late January / Early Feb 2018. Groupset acquired in Jan 2018.
The problem occured two weeks ago, the frame itself had been repaired as undescribed in advert 'major dink' was the only major problem stated.
A helicoil is a major repair on a bike, since the previous owner had completely damaged the threads (high torque soft metal). Not only in many cases are they semi permanent espicially in high vibration environment such as bikes; the wrong size was used, 5mm which for a saddle is small placing much more pressure on the metal (20 mm usually). When that pressure is exerted on the threads it was more a question of when than if (aluminium is particularly soft).
Something a potential buyer would be unaware of. Perhaps this fact was not known to you, but nonetheless is important to state. You do indeed have a good record on LFGSS (a friend of mine bought a frame of you years ago) but we all have to be accountable for being honest on the description of products. For it to be labelled 'nonsensical' is ludicrous, based on the misrepresention here.
In this case it was never even mentioned to me, Interested to see what others who have had problems with helicoils think. Would it count as a major repair? Very happy to include pictures, receipts or anything, I have absolutely nothing to hide - it is a question of honesty. -
Sent you a message @Julian_Stock.
