Bikes are demanded to have:
a working brake,
a bell,And when riding in the dark:
a white light at the front,
a red light & reflector at the back (can be one combined item),
amber reflectors on both sides of the pedals,
reflective stripes on the tyres, or wheel rims. There are hardly ever any checks done on these last demands*, just be sure to carry working lights.
footnote:
except for some places where the police force is training new staff, like I happen to live in. -

You do know that the pictures posted there might not show what you get?
The maker's name given - Runchita - apparently also makes Wiggle's own brand DHB. So, I'd reckon, you'd get something that may look like the original, but has a bad zipper, a weird fit, and tight elastic in the sleeves - based on the one jersey I bought there, I honestly did not know was ripping off a known brand.

The dip indeed is meant to flush out any particles. I only grease the rollers on the outside of the gear system though, with standard lithium grease.
Have not had to do anything about the standard wheel hub bearings. And should it come to that, as older wheels might do, you'd need to take the gear bit apart.

ATF does the trick. I have nearly 16000 km on my Nexus 8-speed premium, without any internal problem ever. Oil baths have been around every 3000-4000 km.
If only the cogs would last a little longer, IGHs would really be trouble free, but at least those are easily replaceable.
The trick is to grease what needs to be greased first, and then dip the thing in the oil.

There is this video on instagram showing someone even does it without drivetrain.
Weren't those blue roads ones you had to pay an entrance fee for to use them?
