It's a bit huge for our current tiny london apartment and taking a lot of space, I sadly need to get rid of it,

Bought on ebay a couple of years ago, I changed the bulb with an aftermarket one (although not the cheapest ones), it has about 900 hours on this bulb, used mostly in normal lamp mode and not high power lamp mode.

I lost the remote's battery cover but remote works fine, JVC logo a bit rubbed off, otherwise nothing special, works great I've been really enjoying it, amazing contrast and colours,
the motorized lens shift is so handy and makes it really easy to position.
