Lunch is for wimps. I have food brought in and I work and eat at the same time. There’s no time…Sometimes I will get a steak. Decathlon / Btwin / Triban bikes from the last few years can sometimes be found under £100 on eBay in small size. Parents buy them for a teen and then they don't get used. They can be good starting point to search maybe! Good luck.
