Also, please be more specific when you say the quality is poor, because I checked all items I am selling and the quality is Rapha standard. No offense, but have you ever worn an Aerosuit?

The bike is 1 year old and only ridden during last year's summer. The frame does have a few small chips especially on the dropouts, I have included pics.
Front wheel and tyre are new, but decals removed (Miche Pistard, Vittoria Pista 23mm), the rear wheel is older and needs a true, tyres are worn.
Cockpit and seatpost have no signs of wear, the saddle has a very small scuff. Bottom bracket is new and the chain is not too worn. Pedals are new. The steerer tube is cut down, but there is still one spacer to raise it slightly.

I also have 40cm handlebars (Deda RHM 01) or a Cinelli Pepper bar (cut shorter by a couple of cm) if that's preferred.
