Similar thing has happened to my bike due to a crash. Does anyone know if a frame can be realigned?

It's only a bianchi pista. The seat post has seized and i think the frame has bent slightly as i had crash. Got new forks as i thought it would be that but the bike steers right still slightly.

I'm after a Track Bike / Track Frame and fork or something minimal at 49-51CM. Been looking on forums and ebay for a while now and not really getting anywhere.

Preferably steel and lugged.

Hoping that some of you may have something in your garage or shed that you would like to part with.

Got a budget of about 800 cash ready to go to the right bike and need something urgently as the seat post in my current pista has seized and at this height is giving me back pains :o
