Can confirm that for a one time use with tri-bars etc it was quite effective.
In the spirit of not being that guy stopping every 5 km adjusting his saddle yesterday's enjoyable century was possibly a tad less enjoyable than it might otherwise have been on account of said position, so I'll take the internet bike fit and remediate. (It's not as bad as it looks honest!/
