You can swap the axel easily enough. Quite a satisfy job actually.

I have a shed question. I built a shed and put on some terrible roofing to get it through the winter. I want to put on a green/sedum roof. What I can't work our is how to deal with the ridge and the perimeter finishing. How do I do that?

I don't know if this is the place and I know it's a longshot; but does anyone have any interest in a kit trade. I have a the Natal Stealth Kit that is great but the footprint is a little too large for the room that it's in. I could do with a pancake/slim/club kit. My Natal kit includes the stealth mesh heads and additional normal single ply batter heads. I use a combination of both for volume control. If there is any interest I can take photos, send the full spec etc.

I opted for IKO Enertherm PIR 50mm. It wasn't cheap. I think I paid £35 a sheet; and it was 1200 x 2400.

I will tell you something I did notice is that so many building sites seem to throw so much of it away. I was tempted to go around and ask for off cuts. I figured it it didn't need to be a continuous layer so why not save some dorrah.

I'm very happy with how mine turned out. I was concerned that 50mm wasn't enough as it was directly on to a concrete slab like yours, but the combination of the insulation, chipboard and cork have worked really well. And I thoroughly recommend cork as a finish. I found a husband and wife run company in Croydon and they were excellent.

For the floor in my conversion I had it totally floating; But I didn't have a threshold to worry about as I raised it up with brick and block work.

Does anyone know if a Nitto F-16 will work with the Restrap Rando Small or Restrap Bar Pack? Also does the Nitto F-16 work with threadless stem rather than a quill?
